The Connecticut workshop will be held at the LVSI Conference facility
12A Pasco Drive
East Windsor, Connecticut
Please respond as early as possible. The workshop size is limited to assure your active involvement in the learning.
The workshop will start at 8:00 a.m. and end around 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and will end around 2:00 p.m. on Friday to accommodate travel schedules.
During the workshop, we will provide a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments in the afternoon. Casual dress is encouraged.
The workshop is extremely intensive. You will need to bring an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a very sharp pencil, calculator, and eraser.
Remember, this is a fantastic opportunity for all who attend. Not only will you learn the tools and techniques, but you will also have an opportunity to network and learn from other OCI people and their experiences. This network chain, and the resources it can provide for you as facilitators, is priceless.
The LVSI staff you will be learning from is the best in the U.S. All have years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, working up through the ranks from shop floor, through front-line supervision, Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, Purchasing, etc. They have participated on many Kaizen teams as team leaders, and team members. Many have studied for years under the Japanese consulting firm of Shingijutsu Company, Ltd. Each instructor/leader has facilitated hundreds of Kaizen teams in many different industries, and throughout the supply chain.
We know that this approach works and the results are unbelievable. We have lived through what it takes to make it happen.
Now, we want to share what it takes with you. This workshop is designed for you. To strengthen your skills, your will, and your heart, so that you can make a real difference in your company's success by helping your manufacturing constituents become the best that they can be.
REMEMBER: Please bring a calculator, pencil, and an open mind!
